Can’t reach the RWI forum? Here’s how to check, why it happens, and what to use while you wait.

First, rule out your end

  • 1.Try a different network, for example mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
  • 2.Clear your DNS cache or switch to a public resolver such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8.
  • 3.Check a third-party “is it down” service. If it's up for others, the problem is local to you.

If it's genuinely offline
