Clean Factory Watches (cleanfactorywatches.us.com) is a Rolex-only shop on our Trusted Dealers list. It sells Rolex models under the Clean Factory name, across twelve model lines from the Submariner and Daytona to the Land-Dweller. Its policy pages promise a 2-year limited warranty, a 14-day return window and card or bank transfer payment. Because the original Clean factory was reported raided in July 2025, ask what each watch really is before you pay.

What "Clean" means in 2026
- July 14, 2025: r/RepTime members reported a raid on the original Clean Factory.
- September 19, 2025: a dealer post introduced "Clean Plus" and said that new owners had taken over production and that the parts factories were safe. Nobody has verified that link.
- February 20, 2026: the r/RepTime "Who Makes the Best" guide removed Clean from its recommendations.
- 2026: buyers still post QC photos of Clean watches and describe them as leftover stock, for example a Submariner 126610LV with an SH3235 movement in April 2026.
So a Clean watch on sale today is either original leftover stock or a newer watch sold under the Clean or Clean Plus name. Ask the dealer which one you get, and ask for photos of the movement. Our Clean Factory profile has the full timeline.
How the dealer handles an order
The shipping page says that ready-to-ship orders leave within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation, with tracking by email. The refund page gives a 14-day return window for an unworn watch, a 30-day exchange window, and refunds within 5 business days after the dealer inspects the return.
Buying well
- Ask if the watch is original Clean leftover stock or a Clean Plus watch, and which movement is inside.
- Ask for QC photos of your exact watch, including the dial, the bezel and the date window.
- Compare the price with a VSF version of the same reference. The May 2026 community guide ranks VSF first for most Rolex models.
