Clean Factory vs AR Factory used to be a choice between two strong Rolex factories. In 2026 both have raid reports behind them: r/RepTime members reported a raid on Clean in July 2025, and on an ARF warehouse in June 2026. The difference is what happened next. The community guide removed Clean in February 2026, while ARF stayed in the May 2026 guide and kept shipping watches, some under the new name ONE.

What changed for each factory
Clean. After the July 2025 raid reports, a dealer account announced "Clean Plus" in September 2025 and said new owners had taken over; nobody verified that link. The guide maintainer removed Clean in February 2026. In July 2026 a reviewer on r/RepWatchForum wrote that seller claims of "old CLEAN stock" are "all probably a scam" at this point.
ARF. The February 2026 update added ARF for the Submariner 126610 and put it in place of Clean for the Explorer II. After the June 2026 raid reports, a top poster wrote that only a single warehouse was raided, and members later wrote that ARF had been renamed ONE.
