Why the factory choice decides a Nautilus
The 5711 is the hardest mainstream watch in this market to reproduce, and two details do the work: the embossed horizontal dial pattern and the bracelet-to-case junction on the integrated bracelet.
3K Factory leads both. It is also the only maker cloning the 26-330 SC calibre that Patek uses in current 5711 production, which matters because these references have a display case-back. A generic movement, or the older 324 SC on a current-spec watch, is visible the moment you turn it over.

The 5712 is the notable one. An annual calendar with moonphase and a power-reserve indicator is a far harder build than a time-and-date watch, and few makers attempt it credibly.

The longest window on our list, for a reason
Ten to sixteen days, which is the slowest stated window among the dealers we list.
3K runs smaller production volumes than the high-output Rolex factories, and its 5711 and 5712 references hit intermittent waitlists. A dealer quoting a realistic window on a batch-produced watch is being straight with you. Treat a promise of three-day delivery on a current-spec 5711 with suspicion instead.
Buying well
Specify which calibre you want, 26-330 SC for current specification or 324 SC for the earlier era, because it determines which factory builds your watch. Then ask for angled dial photographs rather than flat overhead shots: the embossed pattern only reveals its depth at an angle, and a flat photograph hides the single most common failure on a cheap Nautilus.
