May 2024: no updates after a payment
u/Ok-Entertainer5459 paid for a watch and received no update for 10 days after a status email from the dealer. Community member u/akshya_chill writes: "Lucy is slow to respond coz she's a one person show. She will respond if she has an update for you." The same commenter adds: "I got my first rep from her after 2 months." u/Negative_Tank_9716 reports a similar problem: "I'm having the same problem. I paid it for a watch over 2 weeks ago and she will not respond basic e-mail asking for status." (r/RepTime, May 21, 2024.)
January 2021: thorough QC, very long wait
A buyer reports: "Outstanding from Lucy!" and describes Lucy as rejecting five watches before presenting an acceptable unit. The buyer recommends Lucy and rates the experience 10 out of 10. A later commenter on the same thread writes: "I glad you had a great experience with Lucy but she scammed me for $600. Took my money and never responded or sent the watch." That same commenter later updated: "Yes, she finally responded after posting in here and the forums. I received the watch, it was not a good example. Lots of debris on the dial."
